  A Very Bad experience... First they book an appointment, and when i visited the place they said the person is not in the river mark plaza office but in different office. Then got a second appointment for Saturday, when i visited saturday morning they told the front desk actually put my appointment for sunday. Convinced them that i need someone to help, they gave me a person, she told that they cannot file the Tax due to dual resident as they dont have any specialization person and one person who is available but only after 1 week. I had to visit 3 times to river mark plaza H & R Block to have work done. Visited again after one week, my W2 Form had some mistake and they asked to come again after correcting, went again next day the person asked me to come walk inn, when i visited next day he dont have time, and ask me to visit Sunnyvale H & R Block office. Just to make the Sunnyvale person can file my dual resident status and i made visit prior to appointment and he further declines he cannot do it..They wasted my 10 days, the only reason i chose was it was close to my residence. I would strongly recommend please dont use H & R Block services and opt for any other TAX consultants.

  The rep kept my W-4 but nothing else. Last year the person who did my taxes said they are not to keep any of their clients' info. I'll just wait for my credit to be stolen...
