  This an absolute honest review for the day care. Here's how it went When we 1st went to take a tour with my 17month son, I was asked if my son cries a lot, gets adjusted easily or not, is he a good eater oe does he give a hard time. I was honest and did mention that he might throw up if he does cry a lot and this is the 1st time he's going to the day care, and also he is not an easy eater. And after that I only kept hearing one thing - "We will try our best but if we can't handle it you'll have to take him back. And the trial period is usually 2 weeks". I din't get a very good feeling here. And I still went ahead and enrolled my son because I couldn't find any other day cares near by with a spot open and I had to join my new job Every single day, when we went to pick him up, we would only hear complains and negative things like - He whines so much, won't stop crying, won't play, wants to be carried all the time. And this is just the 1st week of my son's day care. I felt so bad every day sending my son here because I dint get any comforting feeling from the day care. I had no assurance that he will be fine. May be they did take care of him and gave their best, but that certainly dint show in the comments when we went to pick up our son. This went on for 2 weeks. And one day when I went to pick up my son, they say - May be it's not working out. I would suggest you to start looking for a nanny. I was devastated that they were willing to give up on my son so soon. I was also glad because I anyways started to look for alternatives. I was not gonna send my son to a place where I don't feel comfortable myself. Day care is more than just a money making business. You need to LOVE kids and accept them the way they are. Some kids need more hugs and some kids like to be left alone. You can't pick and choose the ones you like The next day I get a call saying - Oh, dont look for a nanny. Your son is doing much better today. That's when I decided, this is done. I'm not sending my son here anymore. No consistency When I went to pick up his stuff after un-enrolling him. They din't recognize me. They show me all the kids and ask - "so which one is yours". I started laughing because I thought they were kidding. But NO they were seriously asking. Then I told them who I am and I'm there to get my son's stuff back. I was also asked - "So what was wrong with your son. Why din't he get adjusted? Was he sick?". I couldn't believe I'm being asked that There are pros of this day care too - Clean facility, nice backyard to play, they potty train kids, sends pics and videos on whatsapp regularly etc. But all these are secondary for me. My kid needs to be loved 1st and I need to be assured that he will be fine and loved. I see a lot of good reviews. May be they are true. But I personally feel that this day care is good if your kid is easy to handle. And also their son has opened his own day care, so I wonder if the good reviews were before this change. I had to call my mother to take care of my son temporarily until I find another day care. I did put him in another day care soon after this. I love them so far. Such nice people, so caring and so loving, responsbile and they assured me he'll be fine and comforted me when he was still getting adjusted initially. He got adjusted within 2 weeks. I usually never leave a negative review for anyone because everyone deserves a second chance. But when it comes to innocent little kids, No second chance.
